Chicken Dry Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil
Method:
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces and fry for 2-3 mins in a medium heat.
- Now add the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and mix well. Cook for another 5 mins, all the masala should coat the chicken pieces.
- Add the salt, garam masala powder and mix well, allow the chicken to cook for another 5-7 mins.
- Cook until the liquid in the pan is evaporated, don’t add water while cooking this recipe.
- Finally add the pepper powder and fry for another 3 mins.
- Chicken Dry is ready to eat now.
